Vem snodde de blindas "Lotter" och försörjning?
Skamligt att ge sig på de svagaste i samhället för att berika sig
och sedan skicka polisen på folk som inte ens kan se om det är dag eller natt.

Police have arrested 23 disabled demonstrators for violating
the emergency decree by trying to storm the Government House compound.
The demonstrators, 19 men and four women, mostly blind and disabled lottery vendors, were detained yesterday at Dusit police station before being released on bail.
About 200 disabled and able-bodied people gathered at the Chamai Maruchet Bridge on Phitsanulok Road near Government House at 7am yesterday to demand that the administration revise the allotment of lottery ticket quotas.
Somchai Pan-akewong, president of the Thailand Association of the Blind, said the government had allocated quotas of 2 million lottery tickets each to three major lottery dealers, while disabled vendors did not receive any.
Mr Somchai said the group had tried to raise the matter with the government on several occasions but he was dissatisfied with the response.
He said the group on Monday went to the Finance Ministry to meet Deputy Finance Minister Pradit Phataraprasit.
But only Wanchai Surakul, director of the Government Lottery Office, showed up.

Ja, nog vågade sig de fega männen i brunt sig fram när det handlade om blinda. Tydligen var inte Abhisit speciellt nöjd med polisens ingripande:
Abhisit orders police investigate dispersal of blind protesters at Government House
Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva said Wednesday that he had instructed the Royal Thai Police to investigate police's dispersal of blind protesters at the Government House on Tuesday.
Abhisit said that when he heard about the arrest of the protesters, which prompted some to fall into the canal, he ordered an investigtion.
He said police should have dealt with the blind protesters with leniency.
