When a flight is cancelled we serve with SMS text messages those of our customers who provided us with a mobile phone number when they booked their flight. For text messages, it is important that the current telephone number is included in flight bookings. Jag uppgav mitt mobilnummer när jag bokade min resa, och fick därefter bekräftelse via sms. Jag antar därmed att dom har mitt nummer och har tänkt att informera mig vid ev. inställda avgångar.
Man kan ju dock inte lita på detta bolag. Förstår inte varför jag valde Finnair igen
