Själv skickar jag via SCB (Siam Commercial Bank), tänkte först i min enfall att använda Bangkok Bank men gav upp efter alla dokument som behövdes. Mycket dokument skall fyllas i och bifogas (VISA, Intyg från arbetsgivare om inkomst, etc, etc, etc), det tog mig nästan en månad från start till ok att skicka.
Terms and Conditions
1. Service
SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service is a service provided by The Siam Commercial Bank Public Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank") in order to facilitate SCB Easy Net users (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant"), so that each of the users thereof may be able to transfer his/her money to the payee outside Thailand within the scope of services stipulated by the Bank and the purposes of money transfer given by the Applicant to the Bank.
2. Applying for Use of Service
2.1 Prior to the use of SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service, the Applicant must register and complete an application form to use SCB Easy Net for International Money Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Application Form") through SCB Easy Net webpage in which the purpose of use of the service, the money transfer objective, including any other necessary information required by the Bank must be fully specified.
2.2 A person who wishes to register and apply for the use of SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service must have already been an SCB Easy Net user of the Bank. If a person who wishes to register and apply for the use of SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service is not an SCB Easy Net user of the Bank, such a person must firstly apply for being an SCB Easy Net user of the Bank prior to his/her registration for the use of SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service.
2.3 It is acknowledged and accepted by the Applicant that the Applicant must agree to be bound to and comply with all the terms and conditions of the SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") prior to the Applicant's registration and completion of the Application Form via SCB Easy Net webpage as stated in Clause 2.1. If not, the Applicant will not be able to proceed with the registration by filing in such Application Form. In this connection, such Terms and Conditions should be thoroughly read and understood clearly by the Applicant prior to the Applicant's registration and applying for the use of SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service.
2.4 The Applicant must place his/her signature on the Application Form referred to in Clause 2.1 that have been completed or filled in and printed out by the Applicant or by the Bank and then file such executed Application Form with a branch of the Bank together with all supplemental documents required by the Bank for the use of SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service where all copies of such supplemental documents must be certified true and correct copies by the Applicant's signature.
3. Service Details
3.1 The Applicant acknowledges and accepts that SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service may be used by the Applicant only for the purposes given by the Applicant to the Bank at the time of filing the Application Form pursuant to Clause 2 above and within the scope of services specified by the Bank. In the event that the Applicant wishes to change and/or add the purposes of money transfer and/or any information previously given to the Bank in the Application Form as stated in Clause 2, the Applicant shall have to newly apply for the use of service pursuant to the procedures stated in Clause 2.
3.2 Should all procedures stated in Clauses 2.1 to 2.4 above be fully proceeded with by the Applicant and the Bank agree and accept to provide SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service to the Applicant according to the Terms and Conditions, the Applicant may then be able to promptly use SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service by way of giving the relevant money transfer instruction to the Bank via the Bank's SCB Easy Net webpage.
3.3. The Applicant acknowledges and accepts that if the Applicant wishes to have the Bank transfer the money to a foreign country within the same day of the day on which the Applicant's money transfer instruction is given, such instruction must be given to the Bank by the Applicant on or prior to 16:30:00 hours of the Bank's normal business day. In the event that the Bank is in receipt of such instruction at the time other than that stated above or on the Bank's holiday, the Bank shall provide the service to the Applicant on the immediately following business day of the Bank.
3.4 It is acknowledged and accepted by the Applicant that the Applicant will be able to give money transfer instruction via SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service only in the event that the Bank has already been in receipt of the completed and executed Application Form together with all supplemental documents for the use of SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service as stated in Clause 2 from the Applicant.
3.5 In using SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service according to the purposes described in Clause 2.1, the transferable amount of money at each day is limited to a maximum amount of less than USD 20,000 (Twenty Thousand United States Dollar) or its equivalent thereof in any other currency.
3.6 It is agreed and accepted by the Applicant that the foreign exchange rates to be applied for calculation of the amount of money to be internationally transferred to the payee via the use of SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service shall be at the Bank's selling rate of the relevant foreign currency (Selling Rate) for SWIFT transfer quoted at the time the Applicant's instruction of money transfer is given to the Bank.
4. Transfer Fee
4.1 It is agreed and accepted by the Applicant that the Bank may charge fee for SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service in the amount of Baht 300 (Three Hundred Baht) per transaction. In this connection, the Bank shall be able to debit such amount of fee from the Applicant's deposit account designated by the Applicant as the account for money transfer without having to give notice to the Applicant in respect thereof.
The Applicant also acknowledges and accepts that in addition to the fee specified in the preceding paragraph, there shall be fee payable to the bank in foreign country in respect of the use of SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service. Such amount of fee shall be deducted by the bank in foreign country from the amount of money to be transferred, so that the payee shall not receive the amount of money in full as specified by the Applicant in the money transfer instruction. In the event that the Applicant is desirous to have the payee receive the money to be transferred in full, the Applicant shall have to contact the relevant branch of the Bank directly for money transfer in replacement of using SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service.
5. Reservation of Rights by the Bank
5.1 The Bank reserves its right to amend or change the Terms and Conditions or suspend or cancel the SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service without having to give a prior notice to the Applicant. Should the Terms and Conditions be amended or changed as such, such amended or changed Terms and Conditions will be posted on the Bank's SCB Easy Net website. In this connection, the Applicant by itself shall always have to follow up and update the Terms and Conditions posted on the Bank's SCB Easy Net website as to whether there is any amendment or change thereto or not.
5.2 The Applicant acknowledges and accepts that the Bank shall always be entitled to reject any money transfer instruction given by the Applicant if the Bank deems appropriate or there is an occurrence of the following events:
5.2.1 there is no balance in the Applicant's deposit account or there is no sufficient balance in the Applicant's deposit account for the amount of money to be transferred pursuant to the money transfer instruction given by the Applicant and for the fee specified herein;
5.2.2 the supplemental documents required for money transfer have not been delivered or completely delivered by the Applicant to the Bank; or
5.2.3 the Bank is of the view that the accumulated amount of money to be transferred pursuant to the Applicant's money transfer instructions given to the Bank within one year is inappropriate or not consistent with the purpose and supplemental documents given by the Applicant to the Bank pursuant to Clause 2 above or is beyond the scope of service specified by the Bank.
In this regard, it is agreed and accepted by the Applicant that the Applicant does not incur and may not claim for any damages as a result of such Bank's rejection of or non-performance pursuant to the money transfer instruction given to the Bank.
6. The Applicant's Representations, Warranties, Acceptances and Undertakings
6.1 The Applicant accepts that any transaction performed by and between the Bank and the Applicant via electronic means is reliable by and acceptable to the Applicant, and that all documents and/or any information the Bank has received from the Applicant through electronic means are reliable, accurate and truthful as the same as those they were original and that such documents and/or information received by the Bank through electronic means are enforceable among the Applicant, the Bank and other related person(s).
6.2 It is agreed by the Applicant that should there be any mistake or error causing any damages to the Applicant and/or the payee as a result of the Bank's provision of SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service pursuant to the Applicant's money transfer instruction given to the Bank as specified in Clause 3 and/or as a result of a failure of power supply and/or communication, computer and/or electronic systems and/or any other system in relation to the provision of SCB Easy Net service by the Bank and/or any other cause beyond the Bank's control and/or anticipation and/or any event which is not the Bank's default, the Applicant shall not be entitled to claim for any damages against the Bank arising out of and/or in connection with the causes stated above.
6.3 It is agreed and accepted by the Applicant that should the Bank's provision of such international trade transaction service as appearing in this application or letter submitted to the Bank be prohibited or any asset or money relating to such international trade transaction be frozen, confiscated, seized or attached by any competent authority of any country, the Bank including its employees, directors, or representatives involving therewith shall not have to be liable for any damage the Applicant may incur as a result thereof or refund or return such asset or amount of money to the Applicant whatsoever, regardless of whether the Bank has know or been aware of the relevant laws, rules and regulations of such country or not.
6.4 The Applicant agrees and undertakes that the Applicant shall strictly comply with the Terms and Conditions including other rules and regulations in respect of use of SCB Easy Net and SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service prescribed by the Bank whether such Terms and Conditions and rules and regulations are currently in existing or those to be amended or added by the Bank in the future.
7. Termination of SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service
7.1 In the event that the agreement in respect of SCB Easy Net between the Applicant and the Bank is terminated for whatever reasons, the agreement for SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service shall then be automatically terminated without having to give a prior notice of termination.
7.2 Notice of Termination for SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service
7.2.1 The provision or the use of SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service may be terminated at any time by either the Applicant or the Bank by way of giving no less than 30 days prior notice of termination to the other party.
7.2.2 In the event that the Applicant is in breach of the Terms and Conditions of SCB Easy Net, SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service and/or other relevant rules and regulations thereof, the Bank shall be entitled to terminate the provision of SCB Easy Net service and/or SCB Easy Net for International Money Transfer Service immediately.
Should there be any damages incurred by the Bank due to the aforementioned breach by the Applicant, the Applicant shall indemnify the Bank for such damages in full in all respects.
8. Non-Deprivation of the Existing Rights and Obligations
All rights and/or obligations of the parties as a result of performance in compliance with the Terms and Conditions prior to the termination shall not be deprived, diminished or impaired and either party shall still be bound to perform its obligations and/or make payment of any debts owed to the other party or any third party unless and until such amount of debts shall have been paid in full.
9. Agreement and Acceptance to Perform in Compliance with the Terms and Conditions
If the Applicant thoroughly reads and understands all the Terms and Conditions stated herein and agrees and accepts to comply with these Terms and Conditions in all respects, please signify the Applicant's agreement and acceptance by selecting "Agreed and Accepted" below; however, if the Applicant does not wish to register, complete and file the Application Form or does not want to accept and comply with the Terms and Conditions, please select "Not Agreed and Accepted".
