A Polish man was arrested in the early hours of Monday morning after he wrecked and robbed a convenience store in the Phaya Thai district of the capital.
Adrian Juraszek, 41, was apprehended just after 12.45am in an alley close to the 7-Eleven store located on Soi 27 Rama 6 that he stole alcohol and cigarettes from.
When police arrived at the scene they found seven members of staff in a panic and the shop wrecked. Workers told cops the farrang came into the store and was stood at the counter drinking a beer he’d taken from the fridge.
As the cashier scanned the beer he pulled out a foot long metal bar before he started slurring in English, described by workers as “threatening”.

Before staff knew it, the Pole had vaulted the counter, head-locked one of the cashiers before throwing them to the floor and set about trying to get cash from the register.
When his attempts failed he began wrecking the shop before fleeing the scene with two bottles of booze and several packs of cigarettes.

It didn’t take long for the boys in brown to find the Pole hiding out in an alley close to the shop but officers said he was so drunk he wasn’t making any sense.
Down at the station he was charged with robbery at night and detained pending legal proceedings. The Immigration Bureau have been contacted to determine his visa status.

Har han problem med spriten när han kommer hit på byggjobbet får han väl avgiftning på svenska statens bekostnad. Fast han blir nog avgiftad redan i thaifängelset.
