Transactions Excluded from the Value of the Tax Base

Additionally, the Thai VAT law prescribes for the following transactions to be excluded from the tax base (i.e. the values of the following transactions are not included in the value of the tax base on which Output VAT is computed):

 

15. Sales of gold ornaments sold at prices set by the Gold Trading Association.

När jag var i Thailand i julas köpte vi 2 bath guld, när jag fråga om vat refound kvitto, fick vi ett 7 % högre pris. Så i vårt fall var det bättre att betala det billigare priset och strunta i vat kvitto och strulet vid flygplatsen, men vet inte om de alltid är dubbla priser.
