Genetic species is a group of genetically compatible natural populations breeding with another race that is genetically isolated from other groups. The process focuses on genetic reproduction rather than reproductive isolation and this commonly takes place in a laboratory for research purposes.

Villagers in Thailand have found a bizarre animal, with its head like a crocodile ad its body like a buffalo. Based on the physical features of this strange animal, in which it has a scaly skin and calf-like hooves which was believed to be a mutation between a buffalo and a crocodile.

A local website named Rath made a report that the animal was born in the village of High Rock by a buffalo that previously gave birth to normal brood. The site further reported that the strange animal died soon after its birth.

Based on the records of genetic species for the past years, there have been many cases of weird and unusual hybrids discovered in the animal kingdom. Many discoveries such as 'zonkey', between a donkey and a zebra to the common mule, a cross between a female horse and a male donkey, have been found.

Hybrid or also knows as cross breed, is the result of mixing through sexual reproduction, either between two animals or plants of different breeds, varieties, species or genera.

Most of these hybrid animals do not come naturally from the wild, but have been bred by humans. With this, it has stirred up many controversies, complaints and outrage from different animal rights campaigners.
