Se nedan på vad som gällde för mig som jobbar i Thailand. Om du inte skall jobba så byta ut arbetstillstånd och VISA class.

PS! Känner en Engelsman som i början av 1990-talet flyttade till Thailand och tog med sig sin Porsche 911 Turbo, kostade honom ca 1 000 000 i skatter 
GENERAL CUSTOMS INFORMATION
FOR ALL FOREIGNERS
1. Shipper should enter Thailand with a 90 days "class B" (business) non-immigrant visa.
2. Shipper has one year work permit (without any condition), and one year visa which has been stamped by The Immigration in Thailand.
3. Household goods must arrive within six months after his first arrival with non-immigrant visa.
4. Household goods must come from the country in which he has been working before moving to Thailand.
5. Must contain used items (not new).
6. Thai Customs allows one of each kind of electrical appliances. Double items will be dutiable.
7. Customs will allow duty free import to one sea freight and one air freight only.
DOCUMENTS FOR CLEARING SHIPMENT
1. Original passport & original one year work permit.
2. Original bill of lading
3. Packing list
4. Authorized letter and customs entry form (prepared by Transort.)
Kindly be aware that the following items are not allowed to ship into Thailand.
- Firearms and ammunition
- Short-wave radios
- Pornographic literature
- Ivory, Buddha Head
Restricted items, import permit is required and must get approval before arrival of the shipment. They are also subject to tax/duty.
- Automobile
- Motorcycle
- Wines & spirits
- Food,medicines.
