Gate C5 has an outlet popping out of the floor by the Samsung screen at the far left end when you come down the stairs.
Level 4, eastern section: Mobile phone recharge point at pier D sign by tax refund and rolling walkway, no seating.
Level 4, eastern section: on the railing, facing level below, next to the fruit pagoda. No seating nearby.
Gate E8 has an outlet popping out of the floor by the Samsung screen, to the left when you come down the stairs.
Level 4, western section: at Doi Tung coffee, on the only column in café, there's two outlets.
Level 4, eastern section: there are several outlets along the railing close to the escalators, such as the one under the sign pointing to the east/west transfer desk by the Memories of Thailand shop.
Level 4, western section: on railing behind aircon by fruit pagoda. Seats available.
Level 4, eastern section: Starbucks coffee has an outlet on the wall and multiple outlets on the floor along the terminal walkway. All outlets have tables nearby.
Level 4, eastern section: Caffee Nero has a couple of outlets on a white pole at the back of their seating area.
