Vad jag gör nu, skickar och printar papper så det står härliga till, bra fredagsnöje för en underbetalad löneslav.

 

Så ska ni åka båt till Ryssland, så har ni en liten enkel instruktion på vad att göra nedan.

 

Detta är vardagsmat tyvärr idagens värld, ok Ryssland lite mer papper än vanligt, men det är fan inte dåligt till Sverige heller.

FYI hereby notify that according to decision of Border Authorities of Kaliningrad Region, foreign passenger on board, who hasn’t got valid Russian visa, is not allowed to entry to the port of Kaliningrad on the board of the vessel, otherwise he will be obliged to pay the penalty at a rate of up to 5000 Russian rubles. In case crew member hasn’t got valid Russian visa and have no Seaman’s book, he’ll be not allowed to go ashore (i.e. no penalties to be paid).

Huge request taken to prepare all the following documents seriously and carefully on arrival, to avoid the problems, fines, delays for the vessel and owner!!!

 

All vessels entering Russian Federation territorial waters should follow to the next customs rules. As per Article 74. (Documents and information submitted to the international transport by sea (river) transport) of CUSTOMS CODEX OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, vessel should declare “all ship supplies available on board, and an indication of their number".

 

VERY IMPORTANT !!!

Please declare all narcotics (as per attached list), including lifeboat medicine chest and private medicines of crew members. Please take into account that customs officers have right to check your medicines. In case of any discrepancy customs has right to delay your vessel for further investigation and penalty.

 

 Please include in the Store List at least:

-       Provision

-       Pyrotechnic

-       Bonded stores

-       Paint/Solvent/Thinner

-       Decks/Engines stores & chemicals (Gases/Liquids/Detergents/Powders/Soaps/Foams/New equipment/Reformer of rust, antifreeze, antiknock additive and etc.)

-       Welding Еlectrodes

-       Greases

-       Lub/Hydr oil (total on board, incl. oil inside gears and engines), Fresh Water, HFO/MDO

-       Any new equipment and spare parts duly packed

-       Lashing material (slings, wood/steel bars, plywood & etc)

-       Any vehicles on board (forklifts, «bobcats» & etc).

-       Expired safety equipment

-       New light bulbs in the package

-       Electrical equipment (turbine, drill & etc)

-       New brushes and rollers for paintings

 

Alcohol import/export limits:

-       3 ltrs of all kinds of alcohol / one person (incl. Vodka, Wine, Beer etc)

Cigarettes import/export limits:

      -    up to 200 pcs / one person

If the limit exceeds a/m volume/quantity alcohol/cigarettes should be placed in bonded stores.

 

 

Customs restrictions for foreign citizen on the importation of personal electronics per person without tax:

1.1.  Electronics (NOTEBOOK /LAPTOP, camera, TV set, video/DVD player…etc.)  – one only.

1.2.  Mobile phones – two only.

 

Pls take into consideration some docs formalities/Russian port customs:

 

- Fuel and Oil soundings can be made by Custom upon arrival/before departure and can be compared with declared quantity. In case of any discrepancy (even few tons) customs has a right to delay your vessel for further investigation and penalty. Please declare all above stores as close as possible to actual figures

 

- Pls be informed as per Russian Custom Regulations, ships cash has not to be spent, only crew personal money. So the sum of ships cash should be the same for in- /& outward. If you intend to spend some ship’s cash, pls declare it as personal money.

Please make sure that your declaration contains ACTUAL data of the FO, GO, etc. checked by the Chief engineer by sounding upon berthing and corrected as per relevant tables for trim / list, i.e. right before customs clearance commencement and no changes in the vessel position to be done (opening / closing hatches or ballast operations) to avoid discrepancy in measurements on clearance. Otherwise it may cause detain of the vessel and penalty for the Master as per Custom’s rules.

Njae ångrade mig lite innan så ställde in groggen i kylen å drog till farsan en sväng istället... å då vart de gymmet på hemvägen... får ta den groggen imon... :)

Usch det skulle jag då aldrig göra mot mig själv. Det känns inte bra när man märker att ostbågarna är större än snorren.

Kanske skulle göra som heltidsproffsen...Spatsera runt med en kasse prippens ,lägga till med att växla mellan höger och vänster hand.fest och träning i ett :17:

Jag hälsar tillbaka..Det här hade väl varit en utmärkt helg för dig att besöka götet med tanke på matchen imon.

Då kunde vi gått bakfulla/fulla ihop :y3: ..

 

Topic: Just nu är jag nyduschad och tar en öl i soffan, ska strax masa oss iväg till pizzan.

Innan det har det varit besök hos farmor på 96 vårar och sedan 3 timmar fotboll med James, lite extraträning.

Har varit kanonväder så gristrynet och dom likbleka benen har fått lite färg.
